Welcome to the website for Wilder & Associates, PLLC

Everyone hates not knowing what the cost to hire an attorney is going to be. We hated this too, so we decided to solve the problem. We are willing to let you know our rates before you ever hire us, and we even offer flat fees for most cases. We welcome you to compare our rates to other attorneys. You will likely be pleased.

We have compiled a list of fees that we commonly charge for legal services. It is only fair that you know up front what you will need to pay an attorney. Our fees are cheap and reasonable!

Can't afford to pay a lawyer up front? We may be able to take your case on contingency!
If your case is civil in nature (as opposed to criminal, probate, or family-related), we may be able to take your case on contingency.
While contingency fees are not free, they require no money up front.
We will not charge you any legal fees up front, and if you lose, you will not need to pay us any attorney's fees (you still must pay for the costs of the suit regardless of the outcome, which we may collect up front).
Our contingency fees start at 25% of any recovery, plus costs! Generally, if the case settles before filing suit, our fee is 25% of any recovery, plus costs; if we file suit, our fee increases to one third (33-1/3%) of any recovery, plus costs; finally, if the case is not settled one month prior to trial, our fee increases to 45% of any recovery, plus costs.
We are willing to do a mix of a flat fee and a contingency fee to lower these percentages. These fees are subject to a legal services agreement.

Looking for a reasonably priced, cheap, inexpensive, and honest attorney in Fort Worth, Texas? You have come to the right place! We offer flat fees for most legal matters, so you know exactly what you will be spending in attorney's fees, up front. We also offer very reasonable hourly rates, if that is what you prefer (see our rate page for details). We are willing to cap our fees, or even do a mix of fee arrangements. We are willing to be creative to be able to work with you.

Why Us:
We offer flat fees or contingent fees for most legal matters, so you know exactly what you will be spending in legal fees even before you hire us. We also offer very reasonable hourly rates if that is what you prefer (see our lawyer fee/rate page for details). We are willing to cap our fees or to mix fee arrangements in order to represent you.

We accept credit cards for our legal fees.

Even if you hire us on an hourly basis, we do not charge for phone calls to you or from you.

We are willing to come to you and make house calls. If you are unable to leave where you are at, we will visit you directly and for as long as you need us to. Although we are located in Fort Worth, TX, we are willing to travel to nearby cities, whether you are in White Settlement, Benbrook, Aledo, Forest Hill, Haltom City, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Saginaw, Watauga, Crowley, Hurst, Arlington, Burleson, Bedford, Colleyville, Keller, Dallas or even one of the cities around Dallas. Need us to go further than that in any direction? Just ask!
